A letter to our patients

We’re reaching out today to address a few questions you may have following the recent coverage in our local Billings news media.

All of us at the Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center take the health and wellbeing of our patients extremely seriously. We appreciate your trust and the trust of your physician who referred you to us. Your care remains our top priority and we are committed to being by your side throughout the entirety of your treatment.

While the recent news may sound alarming, it is important to remember that investigations like these are not uncommon in the highly regulated health care industry and that the government has many investigative tools at their disposal. We accept the diligent oversight that comes with being a large treatment center in our state.

We are fully cooperating with relevant agencies and will keep you informed as we learn more. During this time, our dedicated team continues to do our best to deliver high-quality care to our patients, just as we’ve done for the last 20 years.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to me or your physician. Our team is as committed as ever toward keeping you moving to better health.

You’re welcome to call our office or send me an email at

Thank you,

Melanie Scott

Patient Story by Jamsi Gray

Remicade has made me one of the “real people” again. I live on a working
cow-calf/farming operation in eastern Montana and I am now able to perform all
of the duties of ranch life including calving, feeding and processing, riding,
chasing cows out of the wheat fields, etc. I ride horses and 4 wheelers over rough terrain.
I have been on Remicade for 9 years. Within 24 hours of my loading dose it began
improving my mobility, flexibility, and strength. I take an infusion every 8 weeks and
I am fully functional with the Remicade. AOC and it’s personnel have become friends to me.
They keep me going.

Thanks guys for caring and for Remicade – I am no longer a crippled arthritic.
